These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Charm Makeover Salon website and the booking of our beauty services. By booking an appointment or event with us, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & confirmation

Event booking requests submitted through our website are inquiries and are not confirmed until our team reaches out, typically within 24 hours. A booking is considered confirmed only upon our written confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of any required deposit.

Deposits, payments & pricing

Certain events and packages may require a deposit to secure your schedule. Final pricing depends on the services selected, number of guests, location and date. All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We kindly ask for advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will offer the earliest available alternative.

Services & results

Our artists deliver services with professional care. Results may vary depending on hair, skin and nail condition. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions before your service so we can advise accordingly.

Conduct & liability

We strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Charm Salon is not liable for personal belongings left on the premises or for outcomes arising from undisclosed conditions.
